You don't have to be a pro boxer to train the way boxers do. Now you can use real boxer's secrets every time you do a boxing workout – at home, in the gym or anywhere. First, learn correct stance and footwork, next your single punches – jab, cross, hook, rip etc – then build them into combos or "punches in bunches". If you use correct technique you are using the right muscles – core, legs, abs – and you'll get twice as fit in half the time.
